Beautiful and destructive, Lycorma delicatula, or Spotted lanternfly inspired design. With its wings outspread, this insect resembles an abstract painting, sporting geometric patterns and a little bumble bee body.

The pendant is highly detailed and lightweight thanks to the cut out details in the design.

This piece is designed using digital processes and handmade techniques. The pendant is designed by me entirely from hand drawings, and is 3D printed in high quality sterling silver using the lost wax casting technique. The Orchid mantis is then carefully cleaned and hand polished to achieve a smooth and shiny finish.
