PRODUCTION TIME
When will my order ship? Anna Reikher jewelry offers both made-to-order and ready-to-ship items. Please refer to the product page to see if the piece is ready to ship or made to order. For made-to-order items, the standard production time is estimated between 14-21 business days. Orders do not go into production until full payment is made.

Foreign Tax & Duties
We make every effort to minimize any import duty, tax, and brokerage fees to which you may be subject. This is why we always ship your orders from the distribution center that’s closest to you or that minimizes the possible import duties you may be subject to.

Orders shipped outside of the United States or European Union will sometimes incur an additional brokerage fee that will be collected upon arrival in your country at the required rate and currency. Our shipping prices are only for the cost of carriage and do not include these additional charges. Please contact the carrier and the customs authority in your country for further information.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Anna Reikher Jewelry is dedicated to our customer service and providing the most positive shopping experience for all of our shoppers.
If there is a manufacturing defect, or if for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email info@anna-reikher.com or anna.reikher@hotmail.com within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or a refund. We reserve the right to refuse any replacement requests if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused. If applicable, a refund or a replacment may be approved.
Once your return is received accepted, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Personalized & Custom items are always final sale.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please note, all refund excludes shipping cost. We recommend using an insured courier such as UPS, FedEx or USPS. Anna Reikher jewelry, is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel an order within 24 Hours of purchase for a full refund. Each piece of jewelry is handmade-to-orders, which means materials and labor have to be prepared and allocated specifically for each order. Once it's outside of that time frame, the order is considered processed and we will not be able to issue a refund.
