What are your pieces made of? Our collection is crafted using high-quality materials including 925 sterling silver, 14k gold, rose gold, and rhodium-plated brass—chosen for their elegance, durability, and feel-good wearability.

Who creates your designs? All designs are created by Anna Reikher, who develops each piece with precision. The designs are cast by a trusted partner, then personally finished by Anna, ensuring every piece stays true to her creative vision.


SIZING & CARE

Will my piece fit? Most of our pieces—like earrings, pendants, brooches, and hair accessories—are universally designed to fit and flatter. Rings and bracelets, however, may require more attention to fit. For guidance, please visit our .

How should I care for my jewelry? To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid exposure to water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Store it in a dry place and polish gently with a soft cloth when needed. You’ll find detailed care tips in our .


SHIPPING & PROCESSING

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • In-stock items usually ship within 3-5 business days

  • Made-to-order pieces take approximately 3 weeks to complete

If your cart includes both, we’ll ship once the full order is ready.

Does priority shipping make my order ship faster? Priority shipping shortens the delivery time once fulfilled—but it doesn’t affect how quickly we produce your piece. If you're working with a specific timeline, reach out and we’ll do what we can.


DELIVERY & SUPPORT

What if my package doesn’t arrive? If your tracking shows a delivery but the package is missing, first check with neighbors or your local postal provider. Still stuck? Email us at info@anna-reikher.com or anna.reikher@hotmail.com and we’ll help however we can.

What if my item arrives damaged? We take quality seriously. If anything arrives in less than perfect condition, reach out promptly and we’ll make it right.


EXCHANGES

Do you accept returns? We don’t accept returns—and rarely need to. We’re proud of the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our pieces, and most customers are thrilled when they receive theirs.

Do you offer exchanges? Yes! We happily accept exchanges on unworn items. Just email us within 7 days of delivery at info@anna-reikher.com or anna.reikher@hotmail.com and we’ll walk you through the process. Return shipping is covered by the customer.

How long does an exchange take? Once we receive and inspect the returned item, exchanges or store credit are typically processed within 5 business days.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Do you ship internationally? Yes—we ship worldwide.

Will I have to pay customs or local taxes? Depending on your country’s regulations, import duties or VAT may be charged upon delivery. These fees aren’t included in your order total and are the buyer’s responsibility. For U.S. customers, orders valued under $800 typically enter duty-free and do not incur customs charges.

Where do you ship from? We ship from both Europe and the USA. Most of our orders are sent from our studio in Italy, and some are fulfilled from the U.S. when available.

Can I exchange an international order? Definitely. Email us and we’ll provide return instructions. As with all orders, the item must be unworn and returned within 7 days of delivery.
